Managing Partner

Tom is the Managing Partner of Gray & Company Partners, having founded the business in 1987. 

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Registered Auditor, he has over 35 years extensive experience in Accounting and Audit, Personal and Corporate Tax, Business Advisory and Transaction Support Services.

Recent deals include advising the shareholders on the sale of a leading multinational media publishing business, the sale of a security business and the sale of an independent school.

Tom has acted as an Expert Witness on Company Valuations before the Courts of England & Wales.

Investing in the talent of tomorrow, Tom has worked with Deutsche Bank to provide financial and credit risk training as part of Deutsche's global graduate intake program.

A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Nikki has over 15 years experience working in practice across a broad range of services including Corporate Finance Mergers and Acquisitions , Employer Solutions Tax and Audit.

Nikki also has experience in Shareholder Resolution and Company Valuations.

Prior to joining Gray & Company Partners, Nikki worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP where she advised both owner managed and private equity-backed business, predominantly in the Consumer sector, with a particular focus on businesses within the Health and Wellbeing space. 

Deals included advising on the sale of a direct to consumer multi-vitamin brand and advising Nestle on buy-side opportunities in the Wellbeing sector.
